The Walkshop

Some of our best thinking happens when we step away from the screen.

That's the idea behind The Walkshop — an immersive, out-of-the-office walking workshop that helps teams cut through complexity, think more freely, and arrive at clear decisions they feel good about.

Designed and delivered by our parent company - experience engineers Pearlworks, The Walkshop has been tested with groups of 20 to 900 people. Equal parts practical and memorable — it’s the kind of session people are still talking about weeks later.

Why it works

When teams are deep in change fatigue, cognitive overload, or just stuck — movement helps. The Walkshop offers a different kind of pause: one that's reflective enough to shift perspective, and structured enough to produce real outcomes. Perfect as an energetic shift during an off-site, or as a standalone session.

What you can expect

  • Fresh thinking on complex challenges

  • A mental health re-boot

  • Genuine collaboration (not just a nice day out)

  • Clearer decisions and a team that's re-energised
