A WalkShop with David Pearl and special guest Kia Cannons
Join other wanderers from around the world for a special guided experience, in an online WalkShop led by Street Wisdom founder David Pearl. David will be joined by Kia Cannons – columnist for Psychologies Magazine and host of podcast Happy Hacks.
In this one hour WalkShop, David and Kia will lead a Street Wisdom WalkShop focused on slowing down, a lesson that Kia has been learning throughout the year and an important theme to consider over the festive season. You’ll tune-up your senses then go on a quest for inspiration before taking some time to reflect on the experience. The session will be hosted on Zoom. Take part from home or out walking, you’ll just need a charged device, some headphones and an open mind.
Street Wisdom is an everyday creative practice you use as you walk. A smart fusion of mindfulness, neuroscience and wellness, it unlocks our minds and unblocks our creativity with every step. The perfect complement to static meditation, Street Wisdom takes us on a physical journey that not only calms and clears the mind, but opens up the subconscious to new ideas. Not to mention the health benefits of walking outdoors. All without having to travel to exotic climes or retreats. Suddenly, every street is full of inspiration. And whatever our questions, we are finding answers are everywhere.
