I had never heard about Street Wisdom, until the day I got a message about an event in Vela Luka, a small town on the island of Korčula, Croatia. I knew straight away, I must be there!
The day was warm but clouds threatened rain. So, I prepared myself and went along to the event. When I arrived it was raining so hard that I was a little uncertain, but rain is only natural and so I ran from the car! I met Patricia, the Street Wisdom event organizer. We chatted a bit while waiting for others, who were probably a little put off by the rain and so we started.
It was a really great experience. I am always looking around and aware of what is happening, but Street Wisdom brought a new dimension to my awareness. It really did help me find answers.
The last message was written on the wall, “look at the sky, the day smiles on you“. A few steps later I lifted my head and saw this beautiful picture, the sun found its way out through the clouds to smile on me.
